The Format

We run accordion style.

Front run leader holds a 9:00/mi pace. We have four pre-designated stops along the route where we pause for 2 to 3 minutes so slower runners can regroup.

Chat on the stops. Catch your breath. Keep going.

  • Running shoes (any shoes, really)
  • Reflective gear + a headlamp for evening runs
  • A water bottle if you need it
  • A good attitude

Heads up: we offer a bag drop with a secure location for your belongings during the run. Drop your stuff at the start and pick it up when you finish.
