What's a Run Leader?
Run leaders establish and maintain the culture of Pacific Beach Run Club. We'll make sure you have the support to perform at your best and bring your full personality to the role.
The Gig
Responsibilities
- Lead group runs twice per week
- Create group run playlists & carry the backpack speaker
- Manage the hiring and onboarding of beacons
- Capture photos during run club & upload
- Attend the monthly leadership meeting (60 minutes)

Eligibility
- Servant leader: you prioritize the wellbeing and success of the team over your own interests
- Able to adapt: can adjust quickly to unexpected changes
- High social IQ & EQ
- Experience coaching or leading a group
- Very organized
- Great communication skills
